  • Was founded in 1990 as the non-obligatory association of in-house lawyers.
  • Its main task is to protect professional interests of in-house lawyers.
  • Organizes specialized courses, trainings and other educational events for in-house lawyers.
  • At present has 160 individual members and 26 collective members.
  • Is the member of ECLA
